Do I have to register a user?

Yes. To use bakerlane.dk as well as related apps you are required to register a user in order to complete an order. You can register using the website or the app. 

Being a member of BAKER LANE is free, as a company you also gain benefits (please read ”Firmakonto & fordele”) You are able to read about our terms and conditions under “Betingelser og Cookies”.

How do I reset my password?

Please click "Glemt adgangskode" when attempting login. Write your email in the "Log in"-field,  after which your password will be sent to your email.

I am unable to login?

When you log in, it is important that you enter your email address (username) and password correctly. You can change your password under the “kontooplysninger" tab when you are logged in by clicking the ticker at the top right (person profile icon). If you still cannot log in, click on "glemt adgnagskode" in the "Sign in" field, enter your email address, and your password will be send to your email address immediately.

How do I order on BAKER LANE?

Ordering takeaway food online at BAKER LANE is a quick and easy process:

  1. Select your address,
  2. Select the bakery you want to order from,
  3. Choose your desired products (cake, bread etc)
  4. Select pickup or delivery,
  5. Select approve the order and pay, and the food is on its way.

Is the bakery open?

The listed bakeries will tell you whether they are open or closed at your search time. Alternatively, under "filtre" you can choose to display only bakeries that are open here and now.

If you choose a bakery, that is closed, you will be informed about it, and be given the option to pre-order upon opening or to select another bakery.

To see the daily opening times of the bakeries, just click on the "info" link icon under the bakery image.

How do I view my account information?

You can access all your information by clicking the button at the top right (person profile icon). Here you will find your account information: Your contact information, delivery address, previous order as well as favourite orders’

This overview also allows you to make faster and more personal orders, as you can customize and change your personal information like preferences about favourite bakeries or favourite orders. I addition you will have access to information about your previous orders. .

How can I change my personal information and preferences?

You can change your personal information and preferences by logging in under your profile, where you under "kontooplysninger" have access to change data like password, address, favourite orders, sign up / unsubscribe to  newsletters, etc.

How is my personal data stored?

We are very aware of the importance of secure policy regarding the protection of your personal information and other security. Read more about our safety policies under the link ‘Terms & Cookies’.

How do I sign up/unsubscribe from the newsletter?

It is as easy to unsubscribe from the newsletter as it is to sign up. Registration can, for example, take place via the website under "kontooplysninger", specific ads or receipts from your purchases. To unsubscribing from the newsletter, simply click on the link in the newsletter or log in to "kontooplysning" and press the sign-up / unsubscribe contact.

How do the delivery take place?

BAKER LANE provides for the delivery of orderS. The delivery is carried out in close cooperation with BAKER LANE's partner, TAKEOUT, who has its own fleet of drivers and cars. In peak hours, BAKER LANE can in exceptional situations use trusted third party drivers to assist with the delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Under the Consumer Agreement Act there is no right of cancellation of a customized order, if it has already gone into production. Any ordered item goes directly to production and is therefore considered to have commenced after your rece ipt of the order confirmation on the order. How can I file a complaint?

In case of errors, missing or undelivered orders please BAKER LANE's customer service at tel. (+45) 70 27 70 30 or mail kundeservice@bakerlane.dk.

BAKER LANE delivers orders electronically and strives to ensure that the internet site bakerlane.dk is always operational, but we cannot guarantee that the internet site and telephone system are running at all times. Goods can be sold out and BAKER LANE also reverses the right to change prices and it not liable for printing errors.

Which payment methods can I use?

All prices are in DKK incl. VAT. Payment is made by credit card or by monthly invoicing (applies only to pre-agreements with companies and public institutions). If credit card is used, the amount will be reserved for deduction after placement of the order.

When BAKER LANE delivers the goods, cash cannot be paid on delivery, as BAKER LANE's drivers for practical and safety reasons do not carry cash. Therefore, online orders must be made by credit card or invoice (companies and public institutions only).

When will my credit card be charged?

When you use your credit card to pay for a purchase on BAKER LANE, the amount is reserved on your credit card instantly, just like when paying with your credit card anywhere else. However, the amount will only be deducted when BAKER LANE actively debits the amount via DIBS or Braintree Payments. The actual deduction of the amount of your account depends therefore on th transaction time, but it will normally be approximately 1-2 days.

How do I know my order has been received and accepted?

Your order will be confirmed and completed only when you click "Godkend Bestilling" at the end of the booking process and / or when the online via DIBS or Braintree Payments gateway has been completed. Before approving, we will provide you with all relevant information about your order, so you can make last minute changes before sending your order.

The Order Confirmation at the end is your assurance, that your order has been received by BAKER LANE. A confirmation of your order containing an order number, delivery time, etc. will also be sent to your email, where you can see the entire content of the order.
